Ward split/changes!

Today was a big day in the Saginaw ward! We have new ward boundaries. Well not new, I guess, but shrunk boundaries!!! This change is good, it means more members are moving around here and more people are joining our church!! Over the past month or so I have had two people ask what church I go to. When I told them The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Mormon church, they were surprised. They didn't know there were any Mormons around here! In my conversation with both of these people, they discovered that we have a lot in common and we believe in many of the same Gospel principles. And they were reassured that Mormon men only have one wife! Sorry "Big Love" viewers, NOT REAL!!!! It's ok J, you can keep giving me a hard time!!

Bed Bugs

Since Koko and Michael were both gone, I thought it would be fun to have Lou sleep in my bed. This means I was being a big scaredy pants and I wanted Lou with me! Yeah because a cute little girl is going to protect me from the big bad wolf! I know, it is pretty pathetic, but as we were shutting the blinds Lou wanted me to shut the one in the kitchen. She said she saw eyes looking at her. It was probably her reflection looking at her! Then she went on and on and on how our house had been broken into and there were footprints by our back door. . . Bay ended up with us. This is so dang cute. I took this pic after I had been out of bed for an hour or so. See it wasn't so cute when I was in the middle of this pile! Needless to day, I didn't get a good night's sleep Monday night!

My daughter ROCKS!!

I so wish we could have been there in person to see this and to ride with her!! Koko left on Sunday to spend some time with Michael's parents. (the grand kids get to go on a trip with them when they turn 8!) They spent a few days at Lake Powell. They are back in Heber and will set off to St. George this weekend then to Vegas and last on to San Diego. She has a very special surprise waiting for her!! Can't wait for that!!!
